In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, please contact us for a refund of the item.  Item must be in new condition for a refund.  Refunds will be for the item cost only, not shipping.  Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return items.  A Refund will be issued when has item has been returned.

If you purchased a pre-made item and change your mind and want to select a different pattern/color after your order has been placed, please let us know and we can arrange that for an in-stock item at the same price.  Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if there’s a change as we usually ship within 24 hours.


If your order is a CUSTOM Order and/or Made-to-Order, changes in blanket pattern are not possible once production has begun.  NOTE:  We start production generally within 24-48 hours.  


All Custom/Pre-Orders are non-refundable as they are made specifically to meet your needs.  If you have any questions regarding a custom/pre-order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on orders $75+

Enjoy free saver shipping on orders with a sub-total $49+. Free shipping applies on most items site-wide, (excluding Ruff Land Kennels). No coupon codes are required, simply add items to your cart until you unlock free saver shipping.

Delivery Across the USA

We use USPS or UPS to ship within the United States. At this time we do not ship Internationally. 


24/7 Package Tracking

A USPS or UPS tracking number will be sent to the email you provided on the order the day your package ships.
